Seth Narayanan (CEO & Founder)

Seth is actively involved with the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and serves on the TAG’s Digital Health Society board. He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, Kathleen. They have two sons, both proud graduates of Georgia Tech. In his leisure time, Seth enjoys golfing and discovering new courses.

Seth is a co-founder of Telliant Systems, established in May 2010 to transform custom software development and help global corporations optimize outsourcing and offshore services. Before Telliant, he founded Avalon International, where he served as CEO and established the company as a leader in check and payment processing software for the banking sector. In 2008, he successfully led Avalon’s acquisition by Bluepoint Solutions, now part of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, and became CTO of the merged organization.

Seth began his career as a software engineer at Tata Unisys in India before moving to the U.S., where he spent 15 years consulting for Unisys, focusing on financial services and banking. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from the Xavier Labor Relations Institute in Jamshedpur.

Kathleen Narayanan (CFO & Co-Founder)

Kathleen Narayanan brings over 40 years of software and business expertise to Telliant Systems. In 2012, she partnered with Seth Narayanan to lead Telliant after successfully selling their previous venture, Avalon International, to Bluepoint Solutions (now part of Goldleaf Financial Solutions). Avalon was known for its software solutions in check and payment processing for the banking and financial sectors, where Kathleen managed finances and contributed to product development, sales, and customer relations.

Before Avalon, Kathleen spent over a decade at Unisys Corporation, advancing from Programmer Analyst to Team Leader and Project Manager, managing major software projects, particularly for banking clients. She was recognized as an expert in small banking operations and received the Unisys Achievement Award for Excellence for her work on the Mellon Bank’s Small Banking Service Center.

Kathleen began her IT career as a Programmer and Night Shift Supervisor at Farmers’ Bank and Trust in Pennsylvania while earning a BA in Technology Management from Pennsylvania State University and an AS in Computer Science and Accounting from Thompson Institute College. Her enthusiasm and extensive experience make her a valuable asset to Telliant and Avalon.

GuruPrasad Murthy (Vice President – Delivery)

Guru Prasad M.S. is a seasoned Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in Program and Project Management. He excels in collaborating with clients throughout the project life cycle, leveraging his strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive success.

Guru has been instrumental in the growth of several startups, enhancing employee retention and overall development. Early in his career, he gained over 10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, contributing to project architecture and design. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, an MCA from IGNOU, and an MBA from the University of Madras.

Sunandha Sakthiprasad (Vice President – HR)

Since 2012, Sunandha has been instrumental to Telliant’s success as the leader of Human Resources and Administration. She focuses on developing a client-centric workforce and nurturing global talent, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and retention to meet customer goals.

With over 15 years of HR executive experience in the UK and India, Sunandha specializes in acquiring technology talent and has consistently excelled in this area. She collaborates with Executive Leadership to create a people strategy that aligns with Telliant’s mission and values, and she has established a framework for implementing the company’s organizational design and governance models.

Arun Subramanian (Senior Director – Projects)

Arun is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in software product development. Starting as a programmer, he developed expertise in various Microsoft technologies and advanced to specialize in end-to-end delivery management for large multinational accounts. His skills include program management, RFP bid management, and P&L oversight, and he has traveled extensively to work with clients in the US, APAC, and the Middle East.

Notable achievements include implementing an eCommerce solution for a major retail chain and leading the development of a visa application tracking system for US consulates in India. Arun holds a Master of Computer Applications with honors and a PMP certification. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling for leisure.

Tracy Vinson (Director – Marketing)

Tracy Vinson, Marketing Director at Telliant Systems, has 15 years of experience in advanced marketing technologies. She believes in the power of positive thinking at work and is confident in Telliant’s ability to exceed client software product development needs. An active member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), Tracy leads strategic marketing initiatives, social networking, branding, community relations, and reputation management.

Prior to Telliant, she was instrumental in the onboarding and training department at a regional electrical supply company. Tracy holds a B.S. from Purdue University and enjoys camping in Georgia State parks and spending quality time with her family and dog, Rocky.

Bill Brady (Director – Business Development)

Bill Brady serves as the Director of Business Development at Telliant Systems, boasting a proven track record in the software development services industry. With extensive expertise in Data Center management, Software as a Service (SaaS), Sales Presentations, and Business Relationship Management, Bill takes the lead in guiding the sales team. An active member of the NASP (National Association of Sales Professionals), Bill takes pride in spearheading client engagements and fostering long-term success in partnerships. Furthermore, he brings a unique perspective as a former Crew Chief in the Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 773 and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran from 1998 to 2006. Bill holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of West Georgia, underscoring his dedication to professional growth and success.

Chris Karabinos (Advisor – Growth & Strategy)

As an Advisor of Growth and Strategy at Telliant Systems, Chris Karabinos offers invaluable guidance to senior management in the areas of strategy, sales, and marketing. In his most recent role, Chris is the proud owner and CEO of Blackfire Signs, an independent full-service commercial signage and graphics manufacturing company located in Metro Atlanta. Previously, he held the position of Vice President, Strategy & Growth at Telliant Systems, where he led the company’s sales, marketing, growth, strategy, and partnership endeavors. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, Chris has consistently delivered exceptional results in driving revenue growth. He has held leadership roles at renowned companies such as Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Point Clear Solutions. Notably, Chris’s passion for digital health emerged when he co-founded Health Claim in the early 2000s. Outside of his professional achievements, Chris has made significant contributions by serving on the boards of TAG Digital Health, Strings of Mercy, and the NGUMC Men’s Board. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and currently resides in Brookhaven, GA, with his wife Karen.

Brian Hiatt (Advisor – Technology)

Brian Hiatt, the CIO of Collectorpro™ Software, the CTO of Lendovative Technologies, and a certified Cloud Expert, offers advisory services to senior management at Telliant Systems in the fields of technology and project management. With more than 25 years of experience, Brian has held executive positions, including CIO, CTO, and COO, at various fintech companies ranging from startups to mature enterprises. Some notable organizations he has worked for are Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Qdebit, Tecniflex, and Imagic Corporation. In addition, he has served as a Cloud Transition Executive at Xerox Business Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Brian’s extensive expertise encompasses software design, cloud security, cloud infrastructure design, industry compliance, and business continuity. His knowledge and guidance have enabled numerous businesses to offer valuable and profitable services to their clients. As a business owner himself, Brian always prioritizes the needs of the business and its clients. Furthermore, Brian has authored several articles on cloud best practices and holds multiple active cloud vendor certifications. He is a graduate of Chattanooga State College, further solidifying his educational foundation.
