Dedicated Team Model

  • Ideally suited for projects requiring a team to focus 100% on your product line over an extended period of time, such as ongoing product maintenance or support
  • Delivers predictable capacity to address your sometimes unpredictable needs
  • Develops in-house knowledge of your processes, products and customers
  • Extends your team’s resources and capacity
  • Billed monthly based on team size and skills

Fixed Bid Model

  • Ideal for projects where the scope of work has been clearly defined and milestones have been predetermined, such as product development,feature enhancements or proof-of-concepts
  • Ensures predictability in costs and outcomes
  • Ensures timelines are agreed upon up front and met throughout the project
  • Ensures client and Telliant are working toward the same project goals (e.g. scope, cost and duration)
  • Billed based on agreed upon milestones

Time & Materials Model

  • Ideal for projects where the scope of work is not yet fully defined and typically include product ideation. This includes new product development in green-field and quickly evolving markets, as well as large complicated projects with lots of variables.
  • Allows flexibility to expand, or contract, resources quickly as needed
  • Engages development resources in product strategy and design phases
  • Minimizes risk of misaligned investment
  • Billed monthly based on hours worked
