Seth Narayanan
Chief Executive Officer

With nearly 25 years experience in the Information Technology field, Seth Narayanan brings a broad vision, technical maturity and industry wisdom to the company.

Seth began his career as a software engineer with Unisys Corporation in, India and soon relocated and settled in the United States. As a consultant to Unisys for over 15 years, Seth gained comprehensive experience in software development and services delivery working with several Fortune 500 and global customers especially in banking and financial services industries. He subsequently founded Avalon International to serve the financial services and banking community directly. As founder and CEO, Seth helped shape Avalon as a leading provider of software products and solutions to the check and payment processing industry. In 2008, Seth led Avalon to a successful acquisition by Bluepoint Solutions and took on the responsibility of serving as the CTO of the combined organization.

Seth earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India, in 1984. He continued his education by receiving an MBA, with specialization in Marketing and Information Systems, from the Xavier Labor Relations Institute in Jamshedpur, India, in 1986.

In May, 2010 Seth co-founded Telliant Systems to create a better model for software services delivery to global corporations looking to leverage the benefits of outsourcing and offshore services. Seth lives in the Atlanta area with his family and enjoys playing golf and reading.

P. Vaidyanathan ("Vaidy")
President – Global Operations

Vaidy has over 20 years of experience in the IT Consulting and Offshore Development field and brings with him a broad experience in Technology and Management, working across business verticals in different continents (North America, Europe and Asia).

His education background and his formative years at various MNCs in US helped Vaidy gain experience in the introduction and management of effective software solutions to maximize system efficiency and cost reduction. During his early days at Texas Instruments, AT&T and IBM he gained valuable experience in enforcing standards, quality and process to help achieve better management objectives. Vaidy was part of the AT&T Consumer Communications Services Team, NJ that received prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1994 and has twice been the recipient of the "Applause Award" at AT&T CCS group for his commitment to work. At Bear Stearns, Inc New York, USA (now part of JP Morgan Chase), as an Associate Director, he was part of the management team responsible for setting up Software Development Center at Dublin, Ireland. During his three years stay at Dublin, Vaidy was responsible for building and mentoring a strong technical team that worked closely with the corporate offices in New York and London.

Vaidy’s experience include, as an entrepreneur setting up an offshore development center, Thapovan Info Systems, Pvt Ltd at Chennai, India, building an offshore infrastructure and a team developers to service US and Indian clients in the niche areas of Flash Games, Smart Phone (iPhone, Android) applications and dot com start ups. One of his distinguishing characteristics is the diversity of experience he brings with him having worked across different disciplines and across different countries and cultures.

Vaidy has a BS degree in Applied Sciences from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, India and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj Univesity, India.

In May, 2010 Vaidy co-founded Telliant Systems with Seth Narayanan. Having lived in Ireland for 3 years, he is learning to play golf.
